Dear Mr. Chucklehead -
I had not heard of this Winn Perry establishment, and must admit that I am quite intrigued. Do report back as to how the evening went, and please feel free to notify the group of any such events/resources/what-have-yous that may be coming up in the future that you feel may be of interest to persons of congenial tastes.
Please remember friends, anyone may host or suggest an event! If you don't see one at a time that suits, by all means feel free to initiate another event! After all, can one ever drink too much tea, or have too much good company?
Regards,
Mrs. S.

winn perry is the new home (besides being a men's haberdashery) Duchess Clothier the best period & otherwise made to measure (M2M or MTM) establishment this side o' the Mississippi. They make custom repro suits from the 1890's to the 1970's.

URL has been corrected.
Looks interesting if somewhat above my price range. I don't have to wear a suit for work... In fact people would be confused if I did.
I also object to their use of the "word" "scotch"... Unless it's named in honour of the American 3M tape.

OHhhhhh damnit. I'm going to meet my favorite webcomic artist tonight, so I shan't be able to attend. Oh, how tragic! I am looking forward to seeing all of you whenever possible though...

Re: Portland, Oregon Thread
I saw an adorable young gentleman in a top hat and very stylish coat on friday at the Amtrak station. Could this, perhaps, have been someone any of you know?
Just curious.
