Well you can't go wrong at Marks and Spencer. Yes you Brits, over Christmas, Marks has some ladies and gents leather gloves, fleece lined, for £15. Unfortunately, the gents only have black and brown to choose from, whereas the ladies have a much wider range. Just so you know. I got some brown ones. Spiffy they are. Oh and like me, if you normally wear a medium, go for the next size down (small) as they seem to fit better.

As good as leather gloves are I can't do with fingers in gloves- gotta be fingerless! I've already got a new pair of woolen fingerless gloves ^_^ and they are the kind where just one third of the finger's length is missing, not the kind where the finger is taken off almost entirely.

Excellent, I was thinking about some gloves, the only ones I have are for use as a pikeman in re-enactment, so not for best really :-P

I found some to the elbow, not over, leather gloves at Target for $20! They come in Black, Bronze or Pewter.

I found some never-used (still had original Neiman Marcus tag, tissue wrap, and box) ivory kid leather gloves at an antiques store this weekend. They were less than $10, and fit me perfectly, so I adopted them.

Re: Need some leather gloves? (Oh how I miss anotomical)
Has anyone found fingerless wool gloves at a retail place recently? I want to get a black wool or gray pair, the kind with partial fingers. I don't want to just chop off a pair of regular gloves.
BTW, last year Target had a huge display of ladies leather gloves. They were quite nice for the price and about half of them ended up on clearance in January.

My fingerless gloves came from a local military surplus store, came in black or olive and are very warm.
