I've just enabled error logging; we'll see if anything shows up. (I'm not sure why it wasn't already enabled, but I'm sure there was a reason.)

EDIT: I just figured out why error logging wasn't enabled. Every time someone trips a ban trigger, it gets logged!

I guess I'll just have to make "Error Log Janitor" part of my job description.

Email is a separate issue. Our Gmail service has expired, and proteus took the keys with him.

I'm having problems getting on this morning. It says the server may be too busy which seems unlikely on a Sunday morning.

I'm sure it'll sort itself out but I just wanted to record the event over here.

BG has been down for me for hours 7am to 12 noon UK time, I get time outs and no connection to server errors.

We had a moment like this the other day (but obviously it got better). It is a problem with the host in general, not BG's site. The Admin page for the host isn't available either, so they may have been cyber attacked (denial of service, etc.). If it doesn't fix itself, we will look into it deeper.
