I will trade things for your Tritium vials!
I'm looking for some tritium vials (These thingies) the vials in question must be as plain as can be, resembling a short flat bottomed & sealed ended test tube would be ideal. I would like more than one if possible
However I have practically no money so I can only trade things for them!
I have thermionic valves, 80 year old bottles- lots of good poisons and nice old glass phials, distilled wisdom bottles too!
(Note: the poison bottles are real old bottles from 1920/30 that were used for storing noxious stuff in by chemists and scientists!)
I could trade a joule thief circuit for one also.
Lastly I could trade a specimen of this weird purple-stemmed plant I have which never dies, well it does but I have separated peices of it from the main plant only to have them live for weeks and then grow again when just stuck back into soil! I am certain they would survive being posted
I have a few other things with which I may be willing to part for some tritium vials, just ask and I'll see what I can do

I have a couple of small glass vials that insulin comes in. They are plain clear glass with a flat bottom, but have a small neck and no stoppers (you would have to make some). I have two large and one small I could send if they meet your needs - I generally throw them out anyway. PM me with your address if interested.

Don't forget to order the Deuterium for your fusion reactor...
I can't help with this one (wouldn't mind some of those myself), however I would also suggest looking for the self-luminous Fire exit signs that "require no power to light" (contains a number of large Tritum gas filled tubes) - you may be able to find a fire / alarm company in the UK who may have some they would be willing to "donate" (as the proper disposal is expensive...).
The Half-life of Tritium is 12.5 years, so even fairly old items should still be of some use.

They might be a little big ... wait what am I saying!? That could be brilliant! I will keep this in mind but I would prefare to trade for some at the moment. Unless anyone has some of those signs lying around?

Sorry, just trying to be helpful. I'm afraid I don't know what Tritium is - I thought perhaps it was something you made up *hangs head sheepishly, digs toe in dirt- "I'll never become a mad scientist at this rate!"*

Ah, Mrs. Sullivan, don't sell yourself short! The tubes of the intarweb are a lovely source of free education, provided you ensure that you review things from reliable sources. Here is the US EPA's writeup on Tritium:
