Odds ends & possibly a chatbox...

I was ambleing through the forum boiler room & noticed that there were a few modules & wondered if anyone should have a particular desire to see any of them added; here are the possibilities:
Portal
Forum widgets
Gallery
Character sheet
Dices roll
Chatbox
Calendar

I think the main two of interest should be both the chatbox & gallery, but I don't want to add them if they will do nothing more than sit there & clutter up the page...

I like the idea of a gallery. What exactly are forum widgets? Things to mess around with to enhance your forumming experience?

Forum widgets seem to include things like the 3 panels in the column to the left (recent topics, rss and statistics) among other things. Doesn't appear to be well documented (but then very little is on this forum system).

I spose when BG gets back on its feet we might want to set up some of the special features here to augment what's available over there ... maybe the RPG stuff? Not my thing, so I have no idea how useful that might be.
