BBcode not working in tactile for me

Yes it says it's on. no disable isn't checked. Seems to be working here fine, just not in tactile for some reason.

I've looked at the linked post in Tactile.
The BBcode can only be used to reference an actual image file.
The URL of the image should end in .gif or .jpg or as in this example, .png

The following code

Code:: [img]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/6a/Emerald.png/100px-Emerald.png[/img]

produces this image from Wikipedia

showing the hexagonal crystalline structure of raw emeralds.

This seems to work - I've just added .jpg to the URL you used!

If you follow the link to the pictures you posted you get a web page. If you view just the picture then it uses the same url. Anyway, that's why it's not working, it's a link to a web page, not a picture.

The BBcode parser gives up and displays the code used because the "/img" tag is hit without having been preceded by a "valid" picture file reference (a .gif .jpg or .png file).

My "fix" of adding ".jpg", fools it into attempting display.

What's weird is that it works fine on other sites that use bbcode as is, just not here.
