Choose: An Interactive Steampunk Webserial

Post  Cogsworthy on Thu Dec 23, 2010 6:13 pm

Greetings friends,

I am Cogsworthy, the gear driven master of my self titled clockwork emporium. I come to bring you news of all things Cogsworthy. Our first offering will be of the steampunk webserial, CHOOSE. So name because YOU, the reader, direct the story and help us decide where we are to go and how we are to get there.

I do hope you will come and join us in the adventure, immerse yourself in our world, read, give feed back and above all vote and drive the direction of the story as it continues to grow.

Looking for airship pirates, irritable shonfra cogsmiths, tickers, and alchemist guns? Seeking a story that you can influence and a world that cares what you think?

Look no further.

CHOOSE is an Interactive (YOUR votes shape the story) Steampunk (airship pirates, cogs, and gears, oh, my!) Webserial (installment-by-installment tale), and we would love to have you join us!
Wont you join us friends? Come and help us Choose a path!

Cordially yours,

Cogsworthy

New Post and New Poll!

We have horror, we have accidental unbagging of cats, and we have an unconscious heiress.

Tell me, dear readers – just how did Jinn know that Remora was a Seraph, of all things?

Just how big of a mess are they in? *grin* I have to know what sort of cleaning tools to bring when it comes time to address it again!

The poll is in the left sidebar, up for one week. I’ll see you next Thursday (Jan 6) to find out the result!

White Night!

Well, Remora’s not spending much time being conscious lately, is she? Lucky for us, that’s going to end soon. Whose face greets our scatterbrained heroine?

Further, I wish to note that had I done what I normally did (ending after about 1k words), this installment would have ended just as they found a way out of the cell.

Yeah. This one’s more than 3k in length. Anyone care to retract their vote on the installment length issue?

(Also, just so’s you know, this is NOT the Notch fight you’d have been treated to if that option had won the poll, not even close).

Hope you had fun! Help me decide what happens next – who does Remora wake to see? Come, my puppetmaster voters, go forth! Create! Choose!

Cordially yours,

Cogsworthy

Gefion Injectors

Well, Lords and Ladies, the rescue is uponxt us.

In true Choose fashion, though, nothing EVER goes as smoothly as Hank wishes it would.

Help me pick a hurdle for our heroes to overcome.

And have fun trying to figure out those codewords. *giggle*

Cordially yours,

Cogsworthy
