Problems at the fort? Empty Problems at the fort?

Post  Rowan of Rin Fri Dec 05, 2008 4:55 pm

I keep getting this message: "Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. "

...anyone else, or am I more mad that I once thought?

The last time I had it working was...an hour or two ago? I hope this is nothing serious..

I imagine it isn't, just another upgrade or the like, or maybe I am just being an optimist. Well, bed time for me anyway, hopefully it will have sorted itself out in the morning!

FYI, 8:20am Central and it's still offline with the same message.

I don't expect it's anything too serious. Some web monkey probably tripped over the wrong cable Wink

I had a vague hope a Google cache might have had some shortcuts for you to copy, but alas, no such luck. Sorry Harold. markf

I had jotted down my assigned address last night on a whim. Hopefully the forum will be back up in time for the christmas post.

Scones sounds lovely. With raspberry preserve and cream... Mmm...

I have battenburg, I have Assam tea (plus milk), I have a comfy chair and a supply of good books.

I'm willing to share three out of those four. (Or 4 out of those 5 if you include the milk).

"NOT... the Comfy Chair!!!!1!!"

Sorry, a bit silly there. Beg pardon? No, that's just some... medicine I have to put into my Earl Grey. Keeps down the Bergamot Ergot, don't you know.

Well, time to go out to the lab, and... tinker. Steam launch project is ongoing.

Cheers!
