Stash do mail order and I know that they also sell samplers. In fact one of their samplers is currently on sale.

Does the machine let you do a cup of just water? If so, do a cup or two of water before putting your tea packet in to clear any residue from previous people's coffee... it may not improve it much, but it's worth a go!
