The raison d'être
This forum serves as place to go when brassgoggles is down. It is the spare goggles; not the ones you would wear by choice but, the pair that are worn when your nice ones can't be found; they're nice enough, but nowhere near as lovely as your proper brassgoggles.
So without further ado I present sparegoggles, untill brassgoggles can be found.

That makes it sound like some sort of expedition is needed. *dons pith helmet and disappears into the Bongo, most likely never to return*

The Bongo, Ben? I am left with an image of you embarking at the mouth of an enormous drum.

Mmmm. And possibly whanging on part of the boiler with a mallet.

Sounds dirty, if you ask me... Make sure you take a ray gun!

Oh, you never have a candle when your contraption breaks down. It's wet matches all around.
