The Music Room (because papa won't allow instruments in the library)

Arising out of the discussion on Chivalry (Brass Goggles, May 2009) I should like to encourage you to visit Concertina.net where you may obtain a portable document format score, or listen to Mr.Joseph J.Sullivan's entertaining song "Where Did You Get That Hat?".

What would life be on a Zeppelin without a concertina or a harmonica?

I recall from Dr.Eckener's Dream Machine, the story of the Graf Zeppelin, when things got sticky, one of the German crew wandered around the passenger's lounge, playing the accordian to soothe the customers. You can see that happening on Easy Jet?

I really wouldn't like to speculate. I have only travelled by aeroplane once although I have practiced with mock-ups of several different sorts. I feel most comfortable with the Spad XIII (good name for a rather large string ensemble perhaps?).
