A use for SG in the mean-time

Ok you may have already noticed, but I have added a chatbox to the bottom of SG. This hopefully will mean that SG can be a bit more helpfull to the BG community than just a downtime forum...
Hopefully it'll be able to take some of the random banter that overflows- if it doesn't do anything oh well there's no harm done!

Also if anyone has any other uses, please suggest away!

They seem a bit ... shaky ... at the moment - the furnishings come and go, and it's been reported that new folks (who arrived here but had never registered at BG) are having registration problems.

I do hope this will all clear up real fast.

Meanwhile, I'd locked six threads that were continuations from BG, and linked them back into their original threads over there. This may have been premature or not ... at any rate, if for any reason you want any of these threads unlocked, let me ...

Any usefull sites that you can think of while we're waiting for BG to go back up again.

Other places to find out what is going on:

http://steampunkworkshop.com/

Only providing info during more major outages, & a d*mn fine site besides!

http://www.new.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2250050386&ref=ts

requires login & not always terribly informative -but guaranteed to have something & if you feel like looking down the wall far enough, someone will have something usefull.

This forum serves as place to go when brassgoggles is down. It is the spare goggles; not the ones you would wear by choice but, the pair that are worn when your nice ones can't be found; they're nice enough, but nowhere near as lovely as your proper brassgoggles.

So without further ado I present sparegoggles, untill brassgoggles can be found.
